Absent Players
It is very important that players and coaches attend the photo session scheduled by your club!
We can't create realistic group photos from individual green screen images without your cooperation.
We have partnered with the best green screen provider to eliminate digital artifacts and provide amazing image quality for each and every player and coach. But perfect individual photos are only half the story:
To combine a dozen or more individuals into a natural-looking team photo requires careful planning.
Logistics include taking different players from different angles and from different heights, using different poses for coaches, team captains, goalies, and other positions, matching lighting angles, shading, and other environmental aspects for image consistency, and being able to balance all of these factors to produce a natural looking image - instead of a result that suggests uncanny valley, plastic, or artificial.
When most everyone is attending as scheduled, our creators can build the best team image. When more than a couple of players do not show up for their scheduled session, logistics get harder and the group image "feel" suffers.
Another huge benefit of scheduled sessions for each team is a smooth flow of players through our studio - so that each player and coach can be in and out of the studio in just a few minutes. When too many people attend outside their scheduled time, it can cause delays and other impacts for the team session they are crashing, which is less convenient for everyone.
We understand how busy everyone is today, but please avoid missing your scheduled time for simple convenience.

NOTE: If you are out of town beyond the end of your club photo sessions, extra work may be required to accommodate your Memory Mate product, which necessitates a $25 fee when scheduling your makeup session.
To keep prices as low as possible we upload all of your club photos in one batch to our Edmonton printer. As your club may have a deadline (end of season, Christmas, etc.), we work with your club executive to set a deadline for uploading photos for printing, so club Memory Mates arrive on time. Your club is only responsible for paying for Memory Mates produced from the group upload, from images captured by the club deadline. If you are attending after the deadline, you will need to pay for the Memory Mate, plus additional charges for recreating the team photo with your player/coach.
